Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to delete your account in T-SPOT, please follow these steps:

1.Send an email to awsmgt.tb@transsion.com, including your username, phone number, and email address.

2.We will confirm your request within 48 hours and delete your account.

3.Please note that upon account deletion, all personal information associated with your account will be permanently deleted. However, some non-personal data, such as transaction history, may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes.

Here is our data retention policy:

1.Account information, including name and contact information, will be retained for up to 3 years after account closure

2.Transaction history will be retained for up to 3 years after the transaction date

3.Other non-personal data, such as analytics and website usage information, will be retained for up to 3 years after collection
